Who we are
We are an experienced team of expert real estate appraisers and consultants providing expert advice pertaining to real property anywhere in North America and the Caribbean.
We are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Memberships include:
Appraisal Institute of Canada, Ontario Real Estate Association, The Canadian Real Estate Association, London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board, Huron Perth Real Estate Board and the Sarnia-Lambton Real Estate Board. We are also access members of the following Real Estate Boards:

What we do
We are experienced professional Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants. We have completed a variety of appraisal and consulting assignments to assist in Mortgage Financing, Power of Sale, Deemed Dispositions, GST and Capital Gains Issues involving Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA), Expropriation including Injurious Affection studies, Insurance Matters such as fire destruction, Family Law, Environmental Issues, Assessment Appeals, First Nation Issues, and Litigation Support. The consulting aspect involves an analytical, holistic approach to a real estate problem usually to assist in litigation.
